Medior Backend Engineer

As a Medior Backend Engineer, you'll join one of our cross-functional Agile development squads and play an important role in building scalable, high-performing backend systems that power our digital platforms.

What You'll Bring

Essential

• 3+ years of experience in backend software development
• Strong experience with Java or Kotlin and Spring Boot
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and event-driven systems
• Experience working with databases, caching technologies, and message brokers/queues
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and software quality practices
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience within e-commerce or other high-transaction environments
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for creating impactful user experiences
