Medior iOS Mobile App Developer E-commerce in Amsterdam - Servicekantoor

For our succesfull E-commerce department we are currently looking for a Medior Mobile App Developer. Do you have 2-5 years experience as a iOS Developer? Would you like to join an international team? As a Mobile Developer at de Bijenkorf your daily job will be from our headoffice located in Amsterdam South-East. A nice business environment close to the trainstation. You will be part of the Business Development team which is part of our E-Commerce department. Together with your colleagues you are responsible for the delivery of several projects and supporting different business units of de Bijenkorf. You will be working on de Bijenkorf app for consumers, in-house apps and further growth of one of the largest E-commerce platforms in the Netherlands. You will work closely with two Senior Mobile developers who master the iOS and Android stack. They will support you from day to day. You will report into the Mobile Chapter Lead.

We are looking for an App Developer who is willing to learn every day, who would like to contribute in building and maintain the mobile applications of de Bijenkorf. It's a plus if you have retail experience, however the motivation for working at de Bijenkorf is leading. We are also looking for a professional with the following experience:

Proficient in iOS development (Swift) and at least have a beginner understanding of Android development (Kotlin) on a Moderate level experience;

• Experience with (automated) release management and making Apps available in the App stores;
• Experience with integrating on REST based Webservices;
• Experience with source control systems such as GIT/SVN;
• Experience with JIRA.

You have an edge on other candidates when you also have experience with:

• Develop for both iOS and Android Applications;
• Agile and Scrum methodologies;
• Other (web) development experience (backend and/or frontend).

In addition to the skills requested above, we are looking for an App Developer that also:

• Read, speak and write fluent English;
