The E-commerce division at de Bijenkorf consists of a wide array of departments and specialists that are supported in their everyday decision-making by the Data Analysts team. This ranges from cross-functional business squads that focus on assortment and conversion, to the development teams that build our website and app, to operational stakeholders in customer service, supply chain, photo studio and personal styling. A key requirement for success within E-commerce is data-driven decision making. As a Data Analyst you are responsible for helping stakeholders make data-driven decisions every day and making them more self-sufficient in their main data analyses.
We are looking for a Data Analyst to focus on our operational and business teams. Every Data Analyst in the team has domains and specializations, but we also shift around capacity as analytics demands within E-commerce vary. The ideal candidate thus has broad interests and enjoys a varied job, regularly switching in supporting different teams within E-commerce. A commercial focus and strong stakeholder management skills are a must; Data Analysts manage their own projects and know how to prioritize work together with their stakeholders.
